The survey that CARLI staff use to collect your upcoming holiday closure information is now open. Please complete the survey no later than October 21 so there is ample time for us to share the information we gather with RAILS and IHLS.

CARLI Staff will be performing maintenance on the ILDS website on Sunday, September 20 from 6-10 a.m. The site may be down for short periods of time during this period.

There will be no ILDS service on Monday, September 7 due to the Labor Day holiday. The CARLI Office will also be closed on Monday.

The fix for the label issue is now live.  You should be able to print labels using google chrome with the adobe extension.  If you are still having problems printing labels using google chrome or any other browser, please contact support@carli.illinois.edu

The ILDS website is currently having an issue with the adobe extension on google chrome.  When you try to print labels with the adobe extension enabled it will give you an error message instead of creating a PDF for you to print.  We are working on a solution, however the meantime we did find a few work arounds:

Disable the adobe extension in Chrome
Run Chrome in incognito mode
Run another browser such as Microsoft edge.

There will be no ILDS delivery on Monday, May 25 due to the Memorial Day holiday.

The RAILS staff in-service is scheduled for Thursday, May 7. No delivery routes will be run that day. If you have any questions, please contact CARLI support.
