ILDS Best Practices: Tip #3

In July, we shared Tip #3 of the ILDS Best Practices!

If your library received a bag through ILDS that is broken/damaged (broken zipper, coming unstitched, torn, etc) what should you do with it?

Use your best judgement on damaged delivery bags.  If the zipper on the bag no longer works, or the bag is so damaged (torn, etc.) that it will not hold items safely, please discard the bag.
