Delivery Schedule

Each ILDS location receives delivery and pickup service 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, except for announced holidays. ILDS sites work directly with Lanter Delivery Systems, Inc. to establish and/or adjust daily delivery times. Delivery is provided at the same time each day. The actual arrival of the courier driver on a particular may vary slightly from the agreed upon delivery time due to road, weather and other conditions. Such variations in arrival time should rarely be more than 30 minutes from the time indicated.

CARLI will send an alert to the ILDS listserv when there is a systemic problem, such as a winter storm, that will cause widespread delays in delivery schedules. If you believe your ILDS stop has been missed, please call 866-904-5843 or send a message to support@carli.illinois.edu with the subject line: ILDS Missed Delivery.

Holidays

Lanter’s delivery service will not run on these days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

All other weekdays will be delivery days. Let CARLI know if you are closed for holidays or other events that you know of in advance.
