Editable ILDS Paper Label
A new, editable version of the ILDS paper label is now available at http://www.illinoisdelivers.net/docs.html. This new label allows editing of the "From" field. If you're posting or using an older version of this label this would be a good time to update your files.
New ILDS Non-Service Days
The vast majority of ILDS sites will be closed on November 28, December 24, and December 26, 2008. In order to reduce the number of bags in the system that can't be delivered to closed locations, we have notified Lanter that there will be no ILDS service on these days. Please mark your calendars, and inform your staff of these "no service" days.
First Quarter 2009 Closure Dates
CARLI staff are now collecting dates ILDS libraries will be closed for the first quarter, January 1-March 30, 2009. These are the dates when there will be no library staff present to send or receive delivery items, rather than the days the library may be closed for students and the public. Please respond to the survey no later than November 21, 2008, so that we can let Lanter know about those sites that will be closed for an extended period after the holidays.
