Library Closure Dates July 1–September 30, 2008

CARLI staff are now collecting dates ILDS libraries will be closed for the third quarter, July 1 through September 30,2008. These are the dates when there will be no library staff present to send or receive delivery items, rather than the days the library may be closed for students and the public.

To designate your closure dates, please complete the online survey by June 13, 2008.

Please note that CARLI uses "Survey Monkey", a web survey system, to gather this information. Unlike CARLI's own "Support" email system, Survey Monkey does not have the capability to send you a confirmation email. However, when you complete the survey by clicking the "Finish and Send" button, you will see a screen that says your response has been received. Also, after you have submitted a response, you cannot review or edit that response. If you need to change your response after you have entered it, just complete the survey again and we will consider the last one you enter to be the response you want us to use.
