ILDS Update, May 9th

Some libraries are still reporting seeing old ILDS data on interlibrary loan requests generated by Illinois libraries in OCLC. If you have not already done so, please be sure (or ask a colleague who works with OCLC interlibrary loan) to update your old ILDS address in OCLC constant data to your current ILDS 3 letter code. Your fellow libraries will thank you!

We know this is a busy time for you all as the students return materials and dash out of town. We've also know this is getting into prime vacation season and we've had a few emails from staff who were filling in on the ILDS labeling front for colleagues who were away. Be sure your replacement knows the label system password for manifest creation before you leave town, and be sure they know that they can always email us at support@carli.illinois.edu if they run into any trouble or confusion.
